Committed to sustainability, RenewAire moved into a new 111,000-square-foot facility that has three Green Globes and is 100% wind-powered. The facility was built to LEED Gold certification standards – which it subsequently realized in 2019 – and equivalent ENERGY STAR criteria. In addition, the facility adopted numerous ventilation strategies, including 100% outdoor air without recirculation, thus providing healthy IAQ.

RenewAire’s new headquarters received LEED Gold certification, an achievement in line with our dedication to sustainability. Several factors led to this feat: high-level IAQ, renovating an existing building, recycling 95% of construction waste, improving energy performance by 34% and using 100% wind-generated power. RenewAire’s ERVs and DOAS units accounted for nearly 25% of the energy-performance points.
