New Products

RenewAire is constantly developing an ever-growing, increasingly complex, controls-focused and holistically integrated product line to meet growing demand for our Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs). New products include:

• Electric Duct Heater: Duct-mounted configurable heater for commercial ERVs.
• Indirect Gas-Fired Duct Furnace: Duct-mounted configurable heater for commercial ERVs.
• Bypass Economizer: Allows HE indoor units to capitalize on “free cooling.”
• Integrated Programmable Controls: Intelligent BMS-capable controls optimize usability and performance of commercial ERVs.
• New Residential ERV (EV240): As a new addition to our robust line, the EV240 provides a 240 CFM airflow option.

New and Larger Facility

Committed to sustainability, RenewAire moved into an 111,000-square-foot facility that’s seeking LEED Gold, Green Globes and ENERGY STAR certifications to meet rigorous environmental standards. This state-of-the art facility has adopted numerous ventilation strategies, including 100% outdoor air without recirculation, thus creating healthy IAQ and offering training opportunities to demonstrate real-time energy and cost savings.
