RenewAire®, a Waunakee, WI-based manufacturer of HVAC and indoor air quality (IAQ) products, has named Michael Delwiche and Craig LaFontaine as Regional Sales Director (RSD) for the Mid-Atlantic and West regions, respectively.
Delwiche’s Mid-Atlantic region encompasses Northern Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland.
Delwiche has more than 25 years experience in nearly every aspect of HVAC including wholesale distribution, manufacturing and E-commerce. Delwiche’s most recent position was VP of North American Sales for JMATEK N.A., Alpharetta, GA; preceded by VP of Sales and Marketing at Perfect Aire, Chicago; VP of Outside Sales at Johnstone Supply’s Detroit-based Eastern Michigan/Ohio franchisee; VP Sales and Marketing at MARS/Heat Controller, Jackson, MI; and Global Business Manager at A.O. Smith, Tipp City, OH. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing/management from Boston College; and an MBA in marketing/finance/entrepreneurship from University of Dayton.
LaFontaine, who is replacing retiring RSD Michelle Pelicos, will manage the territory of Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona. He has more than three decades of sales success, most recently as Director of Sales at Therma-Stor, Madison, WI, and its Santa Fe branded dehumidifiers for residential and light commercial equipment. Previously, LaFontaine assumed Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales positions at Broan-NuTone, Hartford, WI. LaFontaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management from Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH.
LaFontaine and Delwiche will oversee RenewAire’s plan/spec reps for commercial energy recovery ventilator (ERV) and dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) equipment and wholesale distribution representatives and distributors for residential and light commercial IAQ products.
